At CU Members Mortgage, protection and retention of your member relationships are a key component of our business model.
There is no solicitation of other financial products or services. Your members are coded "non-solicit". Even if a member inadvertently contacts our mortgage services department for information on checking or savings accounts, they will be directed back to your credit union
Retained servicing promotes long-term member relationships and superior service. Unlike brokered loans that are sold time after time - often to your competitors - CU Members Mortgage retains more than 98% of the loans originated so that your members remain your members.
