Event Information
Credit unions and all their staff are welcome to attend the Let’s Ride Lending Conference at a registration fee of $575 per person. However, a special early-bird discount of $100 off registration costs if you register and pay to attend prior to January 2, 2012. The registration cost includes the attendance of all sessions at the event, meals, breaks and our Monday night dinner. Registered attendees are welcome to saddle up and join us. If you are not a credit union staff member, please contact us about attending.

Hotel and location information

CU Members' 15th National Lending Conference will be held at the historic Hilton Hotel in downtown Fort Worth, Texas. Ground transportation from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is a 30 minute cab ride. Travel time from Dallas Love Field is a 45 minute cab ride. Discounted travel from both airports to the hotel are available by clicking here. By making your reservation from this link you can receive a rate of $14 each way. This is a $10 roundtrip discount for Hilton guests.

You will receive the above room rates for rooms held in the CU Members room block from March 4-6, 2012. The cut-off date for room reservations at the special rate is February 20, 2012. All requests for room reservations must be received by the Hilton reservations department before the cut-off date. Reservations should be made as soon as possible as rooms within the block are subject to availability and can sell-out prior to the cut-off date. Any reservations made after the cut-off date will be confirmed subject to room availability and at market rates at the time.

Internet service at the Hilton is free. Parking is valet only and is offered to our guests at a discounted rate of $9 per day. Be sure to inform the valet service that you are with CU Members Mortgage to receive your special rate.

Spouse Guest Attendance

Spouse attendance to the Welcome Dinner is $30. This option allows a spouse of a registered attendee to join us at the welcome dinner on Monday evening, March, 5th. This includes dinner, drinks and dancing at the event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made prior to February 1, 2012 will be granted with an administration fee of $100. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after February 1, 2012. Substitutions can be made.
